Paying your service fees

For Zadak distributors · Updated 5 October 2026

The service is free until 30 June 2027. Nothing is charged before then; this page explains how payment works afterwards, so there are no surprises.

What the fee is

Zadak charges a small service fee for each delivery arranged through the app — currently 0.25 JOD per delivered order on the Starter plan, less on higher plans. Customers pay you directly for the goods, in cash or through your own CliQ; Zadak never takes money from the customer and takes no share of what you collect. Orders you bring yourself — forwarded WhatsApp orders, your own walk-ins — are never charged.

How to pay

  1. Open Wallet in the Zadak app or on zadak.io, then Pay service fees.
  2. Send the amount by CliQ from your bank app to Zadak's alias, putting your own reference in the transfer note.
  3. Tap “I've sent it” and fill in the amount, the sender name as your bank shows it, and the CliQ reference (a screenshot of the receipt helps).
  4. We match it against the bank account — usually within a few working hours — and your balance updates. You will see the payment, and every fee charged, in your statement.

If your balance reaches zero after the free period, your truck is hidden from customers and new orders stop until a payment is matched — so pay before you run out. We warn you in the app well before that happens.
